Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time

Google Play requires us to let you delete your account without contacting customer support first. This page is the public link for that request, and it works on the web as well as inside the app.

Deleting your account cannot be undone, and you will not be able to recover your order history, wallet balance or gift cards afterwards.

How to request deletion

Signing out of the app does not delete your account or any of your data.

• Email [email protected] from the email address or phone number registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you are reading this in the app, use the request button at the top of the page, which fills this in for you.
• Tell us the phone number or email address on the account so we can find it. We never delete an account based on a request we cannot tie back to it.
• We may ask you to confirm your phone number before we delete anything.
• We complete the deletion within 7 days of confirming the request, and we email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
• Your saved delivery addresses.
• Your wishlist.
• The push notification token for your device, so we stop sending you order updates.
• Your app session, so you are signed out everywhere.

What we have to keep

We do not hold your card or UPI credentials at all — the payment provider handles those, so there is nothing for us to delete there.

• Invoices and order records. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep these for a set period, typically eight years from the invoice date. They are retained for that period and then deleted.
• Records of a payment or dispute that is still open.
• Any information we are legally obliged to preserve or disclose.

What you lose as soon as you delete

If you have an unredeemed wallet balance or gift card, contact us before requesting deletion so we can settle it first.

• Access to your order history and receipts.
• Any wallet balance, unredeemed gift cards, coupons or loyalty points.
• Saved addresses and your wishlist.
• Account updates and offers sent to your email or phone.
